Everything was very good, also there was a perfect breakfast choice. Rooms with a modern decor. They made my stay good. The venue was in a central location so close to the centre of old quarter with roughly 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Late check out too.

It was a restful experience and we will be back. Absolutely gorgeous view, a tiny balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Efficient check-in was a bonus. Parking was outside and we didn't mind paying extra gbp 17 per day It was a cosy hotel in a tourist area. 30 km from Noi Bai International airport...

We had a delightful stay in a long time. The breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of eggs, hot waffles and bacon. Room was warm, we appreciated a luxury bathroom in it. Excellent design, helpful service in the entire hotel.

Food was delicious and rooms were cosy and cool. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Workers were very attentive, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. The lunch in red bean restaurant just a walk down to the hotel had every choice imaginable👍

Had very relaxing stay overall, wonderful relaxing place and the weather was beautiful. Spectacular location to hoan kiem lake. Employees were experienced and kept it all spotless. The tapas restaurant was nice, they served exceptional food.
